HPE Intel Xeon Gold 5120 is a server processor from the Intel Xeon Gold family. It is designed to fit into an LGA 3647 (Socket P) and is built using 14 nm lithography. The processor supports hexa-channel memory configuration and can handle a maximum internal memory of 768 GB with DDR4-SDRAM as the supported memory type. It is targeted for the server market segment and includes various supported instruction sets such as AVX, AVX 2.0, AVX-512, and SSE4.2. The processor features S4S scalability and is compatible with the ProLiant DL380 Gen10 server series.
