The HPE Intel Xeon Gold 6148 processor belongs to the Intel Xeon Gold family and is designed to fit the LGA 3647 (Socket P). It is built using 14 nm processor lithography. The processor supports hexa-channel memory configuration and can accommodate a maximum internal memory of 768 GB. It is compatible with DDR4-SDRAM memory types. This product is primarily targeted at the server market segment and supports instruction sets such as AVX, AVX 2.0, and SSE4.2. The processor offers scalability with an S4S capability.
