The HPE Intel Xeon E5-2640 v4 is a processor from the Intel® Xeon® E5 v4 family. It features an LGA 2011-v3 socket and is built with 14 nm lithography technology. The processor supports quad-channel memory configuration and can accommodate up to 1.54 TB of internal memory. It is compatible with DDR4-SDRAM memory types. Designed for the server market segment, it supports AVX 2.0 instruction sets and offers scalability for dual-socket (2S) configurations. This processor is compatible with the ML150 GEN9 server model.
