The HPE Intel Xeon E5-2620 v4 is part of the Intel Xeon E5 v4 processor family. It uses the LGA 2011-v3 socket and is built with 14 nm lithography technology. This processor supports quad-channel memory and can accommodate a maximum internal memory of up to 1.54 TB. It is compatible with DDR4-SDRAM memory types. Designed for the server market segment, it supports the AVX 2.0 instruction set and offers scalability for dual-socket (2S) configurations. It is compatible with the ML150 GEN9 system.
