The processor is built using 14 nm lithography. It supports hexa-channel memory, with a maximum supported internal memory of 768 GB, and is compatible with DDR4-SDRAM memory types. This processor is designed for the server market segment and supports several advanced instruction sets, including AVX, AVX 2.0, AVX-512, and SSE4.2. In terms of scalability, it supports S4S.
