The HPE Intel Xeon Bronze 3104 belongs to the Intel Xeon Bronze processor family. It features a processor socket type of LGA 3647 (Socket P) with a processor lithography of 14 nm. This processor supports hexa-channel memory and can accommodate a maximum internal memory of 768 GB. It is compatible with DDR4-SDRAM memory types. Designed for the server market segment, it supports instruction sets such as AVX, AVX 2.0, AVX-512, and SSE4.2. The scalability of this processor is 2S. It is compatible with the DL360 Gen10 server.
