HPE Intel Xeon Gold 5115 is a server-focused processor that belongs to the Intel Xeon Gold family. It is designed for use with the LGA 3647 (Socket P) and is manufactured with 14 nm lithography. The processor supports hexa-channel memory and can handle up to 768 GB of internal memory using DDR4-SDRAM. It is equipped for server market applications and includes supported instruction sets such as AVX, AVX 2.0, and SSE4.2. The processor has a scalability rating of S4S and is compatible with the DL360 Gen10.
