The HPE Intel Xeon Gold 6140 is part of the Intel Xeon Gold processor family. It is designed to fit in the LGA 3647 (Socket P) and is built using 14 nm processor lithography. This processor supports hexa-channel memory and can accommodate a maximum internal memory of 768 GB. It is compatible with DDR4-SDRAM memory types. Primarily intended for the server market segment, it supports several instruction sets, including AVX, AVX 2.0, AVX-512, and SSE4.2. Additionally, it offers S4S scalability.
