The processor supports hexa-channel memory and can handle a maximum internal memory of 768 GB with compatible DDR4-SDRAM. It is designed for the server market segment and supports instruction sets such as AVX, AVX 2.0, AVX-512, and SSE4.2, while offering scalability with S4S. This processor is compatible with DL360 Gen10 systems.
