It fits into an LGA 2011 (Socket R) processor socket and features a processor lithography of 14 nm. The processor supports quad-channel memory, with a maximum internal memory capacity of 1.54 TB. It is compatible with DDR4-SDRAM memory types. This product is designed for the server market segment and supports AVX 2.0 instruction sets. Additionally, it offers scalability with support for 2S configurations.
