The HPE Intel Xeon Bronze 3104 is a part of the Intel Xeon Bronze processor family and fits into an LGA 3647 (Socket P). It is manufactured with a 14 nm lithography process. This processor supports hexa-channel memory and can handle a maximum internal memory of 768 GB with DDR4-SDRAM as the supported memory type. It is designed for the server market segment and supports various instruction sets including AVX, AVX 2.0, AVX-512, and SSE4.2. The processor is capable of 2-socket scalability and is compatible with the ML350 Gen10.
