Built using 14 nm process technology, it supports hexa-channel memory configurations. The processor can handle a maximum internal memory of 768 GB and is compatible with DDR4-SDRAM memory types. It is equipped to work in market segments aimed at servers, and supports a variety of instruction sets including AVX, AVX 2.0, AVX-512, and SSE4.2. Additionally, it offers scalability with the S4S feature and is compatible with the ML350 Gen10 series.
