This processor supports hexa-channel memory configurations and can accommodate up to 768 GB of internal memory. It is compatible with DDR4-SDRAM memory types. Designed for the server market segment, it supports a range of instruction sets, including AVX, AVX 2.0, AVX-512, and SSE4.2. The processor's scalability is defined as S4S. It is compatible with the ML350 Gen10 server platform.
