The processor supports hexa-channel memory configurations and can accommodate a maximum internal memory of 768 GB. It is compatible with DDR4-SDRAM memory types. Designed for the server market segment, this processor supports several instruction sets, including AVX, AVX 2.0, AVX-512, and SSE4.2. It offers scalability up to S8S and is compatible with the DL560 Gen10.
