It is compatible with LGA 3647 (Socket P) and is fabricated using 14 nm lithography technology. The processor supports hexa-channel memory with a maximum memory capacity of 768 GB and is compatible with DDR4-SDRAM memory types. It supports various instruction sets including AVX, AVX 2.0, and SSE4.2, and offers scalability to an S8S configuration. The processor is compatible with the DL360 Gen10 server model.
