It fits into an LGA 3647 (Socket P) and features a 14 nm processor lithography. The processor provides hepta-channel memory access and supports a maximum internal memory of 768 GB. It is compatible with DDR4-SDRAM memory types. Targeting the server market segment, it supports various instruction sets including AVX, AVX 2.0, AVX-512, and SSE4.2. The scalability of this processor is defined as S8S. It is specifically compatible with the DL380 Gen10 server model.
