The HPE Intel Xeon Silver 4114 processor is part of the Intel Xeon Silver family. It utilizes a socket LGA 3647 (Socket P) and is built using 14 nm lithography. The processor supports hexa-channel memory configuration and can support a maximum internal memory of 768 GB. It is compatible with DDR4-SDRAM memory types. Designed for the server market segment, the processor supports the following instruction sets: AVX, AVX 2.0, AVX-512, and SSE4.2. It offers scalability for dual-socket (2S) configurations and is compatible with the BL460C Gen10 system.
