It is manufactured with a 14-nanometer lithography process. The processor supports hexa-channel memory configuration and can accommodate a maximum internal memory of 768 GB. It is compatible with DDR4-SDRAM memory types. Designed for the server market segment, the processor supports various instruction sets, including AVX, AVX 2.0, AVX-512, and SSE4.2, and features scalability of S4S. It is compatible with the HPE ProLiant BL460c Gen10 server blade.
