The HPE Intel Xeon Platinum 8180 is part of the Intel Xeon Platinum processor family. It is designed to be installed in the LGA 3647 (Socket P) and is manufactured with a 14 nm processor lithography. The processor supports hexa-channel memory configuration and can handle a maximum internal memory of 768 GB. It is compatible with DDR4-SDRAM memory types. This processor is ideal for server market segments and supports various instruction sets including AVX, AVX 2.0, AVX-512, and SSE4.2. It is also compatible with the DL560 Gen10 system.
