The HPE Intel Xeon Gold 6142 processor is part of the Intel Xeon Gold family. It is designed to fit into the LGA 3647 (Socket P) and is manufactured using 14 nm lithography. The processor supports hexa-channel memory and can handle a maximum internal memory of 768 GB. It is compatible with DDR4-SDRAM memory types. This processor is tailored for the server market segment and supports AVX, AVX 2.0, AVX-512, and SSE4.2 instruction sets. It offers scalability with S4S and is compatible with the DL560 Gen10.
