The HPE Intel Xeon Gold 6142M is a server processor from the Intel Xeon Gold family. It is compatible with the LGA 3647 (Socket P) and is built using a 14 nm lithography process. This processor supports hexa-channel memory configurations and can handle a maximum internal memory of 1.5 TB, using DDR4-SDRAM. It is designed for the server market and supports various instruction sets, including AVX, AVX 2.0, AVX-512, and SSE4.2. The processor is scalable under the S4S scalability model and is compatible with DL560 Gen10 servers.
