The processor supports hexa-channel memory configurations and can handle a maximum internal memory of up to 768 GB, specifically with DDR4-SDRAM memory types. This product is targeted towards the server market segment and supports various instruction sets, including AVX, AVX 2.0, AVX-512, and SSE4.2. For scalability, it is classified as S4S. Additionally, it is compatible with the DL560 Gen10.
