The HPE Intel Xeon Gold 6128 processor is part of the Intel Xeon Gold family. It uses the LGA 3647 (Socket P) and is built on 14 nm lithography. The processor supports hexa-channel memory and can accommodate up to 768 GB of internal memory. It is compatible with DDR4-SDRAM memory types. This processor is designed for the server market segment and supports various instruction sets, including AVX, AVX 2.0, AVX-512, and SSE4.2. It offers scalability up to S4S and is compatible with the BL460c Gen10.
