This processor supports hexa-channel memory and can accommodate a maximum internal memory of 768 GB, specifically using DDR4-SDRAM. Designed primarily for server use, it supports instruction sets such as AVX, AVX 2.0, AVX-512, and SSE4.2. With a scalability of S4S, it is compatible with the BL460c Gen10.
