It features an LGA 3647 (Socket P) and is manufactured with a 14 nm lithography process. The processor supports hexa-channel memory configurations and can accommodate a maximum internal memory of 768 GB using DDR4-SDRAM. It is equipped to handle instruction sets such as AVX, AVX 2.0, AVX-512, and SSE4.2, and offers scalability classified as S4S. The processor is compatible with the BL460c Gen10 model.
