The processor supports hexa-channel memory and can accommodate a maximum internal memory of 768 GB with DDR4-SDRAM memory types. Designed for the server market segment, it supports instruction sets including AVX, AVX 2.0, AVX-512, and SSE4.2. It offers scalability up to S8S and is compatible with BL460c Gen10 systems.
