The HPE Intel Xeon Gold 6140M processor belongs to the Intel® Xeon® Gold family. It utilizes the LGA 3647 (Socket P) and features a 14 nm processor lithography. The processor supports hexa-channel memory configuration and can accommodate a maximum internal memory of 1.5 TB. It is compatible with DDR4-SDRAM memory types. This processor is designed for the server market and supports various instruction sets including AVX, AVX 2.0, AVX-512, and SSE4.2. In terms of scalability, it follows the S4S standard and is compatible with the DL360 Gen10.
