It supports hexa-channel memory and can handle a maximum internal memory of 1.54 TB. The processor is compatible with DDR4-SDRAM memory types. It is designed for the server market segment and supports various instruction sets, including AVX, AVX 2.0, AVX-512, and SSE4.2. The processor has a scalability of S8S.
