The HPE Intel Xeon Gold 5118 is a server-grade processor from the Intel Xeon Gold family. It is designed to fit into the LGA 3647 (Socket P) socket and is manufactured with a 14 nm lithography process. This processor supports hexa-channel memory and can handle a maximum internal memory of 768 GB with DDR4-SDRAM memory types. It belongs to the server market segment and supports a range of instruction sets including AVX, AVX 2.0, AVX-512, and SSE4.2. The Xeon Gold 5118 is scalable up to S4S and is compatible with the DL580 GEN10 system.
