The HPE Intel Xeon Gold 6148 is a processor from the Intel Xeon Gold family. It fits into an LGA 3647 (Socket P) socket and is manufactured using 14 nm lithography. It supports hexa-channel memory configuration and can accommodate a maximum internal memory of 768 GB. The processor is compatible with DDR4-SDRAM memory types and is targeted for the server market. It supports instruction sets including AVX, AVX 2.0, AVX-512, and SSE4.2, and is scalable with an S4S configuration. It is compatible with the ML350 GEN10 system.
