It supports hexa-channel memory configuration, accommodating a maximum internal memory of up to 768 GB and is compatible with DDR4-SDRAM memory types. The processor is tailored for the server market segment and supports various instruction sets, including AVX, AVX 2.0, AVX-512, and SSE4.2. It offers scalability with S4S support and is compatible with the ML350 Gen10 server.
