The device supports hexa-channel memory and can accommodate a maximum internal memory of up to 768 GB. It is compatible with DDR4-SDRAM memory types. This product is designed for the server market segment and supports a variety of instruction sets, including AVX, AVX 2.0, AVX-512, and SSE4.2. It offers scalability features labeled as S4S and is compatible with the ML350 Gen10.
