HPE Intel Xeon Platinum 8153 is a member of the Intel® Xeon® Platinum processor family. It features a processor socket of LGA 3647 (Socket P) and is manufactured with a 14 nm lithography process. The processor supports Hexa-channel memory configuration and can accommodate a maximum internal memory of 768 GB. It is compatible with DDR4-SDRAM memory types. Designed for the server market segment, the processor supports instruction sets including AVX, AVX 2.0, AVX-512, and SSE4.2. It offers scalability rated at S8S. This processor is compatible with the ML350 Gen10.
