The ASUS ZenWiFi AC (CT8) features a WAN connection type of RJ-45. It operates on a tri-band Wi-Fi system, including 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and another 5 GHz band, with a top Wi-Fi standard of Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac). The maximum WLAN data transfer rate is 3000 Mbit/s. For wired connections, it includes a Gigabit Ethernet LAN interface with data rates of 1000 Mbit/s. It supports various networking standards, including IEEE 802.11a, IEEE 802.11ac, IEEE 802.11b, IEEE 802.11g, and IEEE 802.11n. The security options include WPA-Enterprise, WPA-PSK, WPA2-Enterprise, and WPA2-PSK. NAT functionality is extensive, supporting PPTP, L2TP, IPSec, RTSP, H.323, SIP, and PPPoE. For management protocols, it utilizes IGMP v1/v2/v3 and supports both IPv4 and IPv6 network protocols.
