The ASUS ESC4000 G4 is equipped with an Intel C621 motherboard chipset and features an LGA 3647 (Socket P) processor socket, designed for the Intel Xeon Scalable processor family. It supports DDR4-SDRAM memory types and can accommodate a maximum internal memory of 2.05 TB, with a maximum RDIMM memory capacity of 64 GB. The server supports storage drive sizes of 3.5 inches. For on-board graphics, it includes the Aspeed AST2500 model with 64 MB of graphics card memory. It offers a Gigabit Ethernet interface type, supporting data rates of 10, 100, and 1000 Mbit/s, managed by the Intel I350-AM2 LAN controller.
