The processor supports hexa-channel memory and can handle a maximum internal memory of up to 1.15 TB when paired with DDR4-SDRAM. It includes support for various instruction sets such as SSE4.2, AVX, AVX 2.0, and AVX-512. Designed for scalability, it supports up to 4-way configurations. The processor package measures 77.5 x 56.5 mm, and it supports a maximum internal memory of 1.12 TB.
