The D-Link DGS-1005P is an unmanaged switch that operates at Layer 2. It features five RJ-45 Ethernet ports that support Gigabit Ethernet speeds of 10/100/1000 Mbps, enabling full duplex communication. The device can manage up to 2000 entries in its MAC address table and offers a switching capacity of 10 Gbit/s. It adheres to several networking standards, including IEEE 802.1p, IEEE 802.3, IEEE 802.3ab, IEEE 802.3af, IEEE 802.3at, IEEE 802.3az, and IEEE 802.3u. The switch is powered by a DC-in jack and includes Power over Ethernet (PoE) functionality. Additionally, it can be mounted on a wall for convenient installation.
