The D-Link DGS-1100-10MPV2 is a managed switch designed for efficient network management and operation at the second layer of the OSI model (Layer 2). It features 8 RJ-45 Ethernet ports, each supporting Gigabit Ethernet speeds of 10/100/1000 Mbps, and provides full duplex operation. The switch can store up to 8000 MAC addresses and offers a switching capacity of 20 Gbit/s. It adheres to several networking standards including IEEE 802.1D, IEEE 802.1Q, IEEE 802.1p, IEEE 802.1w, IEEE 802.3, IEEE 802.3ab, and IEEE 802.3ad. Additionally, it supports Power over Ethernet (PoE), allowing it to provide power to connected devices over the Ethernet cables. Designed for convenient installation, this switch can be mounted on a rack and is built in a 1U form factor.
