The D-Link DGS-2000-28 is a managed switch designed to operate at both Layer 2 and Layer 3 levels. It features 24 RJ-45 Ethernet ports that support Gigabit Ethernet speeds of 10/100/1000 Mbps. This switch includes a console port that uses an RJ-45 connection and operates in full duplex mode. It has a MAC address table capable of storing up to 8000 entries and offers a switching capacity of 56 Gbit/s. The switch adheres to several networking standards, including IEEE 802.3, IEEE 802.3ab, IEEE 802.3u, IEEE 802.3x, and IEEE 802.3z. It is designed for rack mounting and has a compact 1U form factor.
