The Extralink CFS-3 stripper is a specialized tool designed for preparing fiber optic cables prior to welding. It effectively removes the 250µm buffer coating from 125µm fiber optic cables, as well as 2-3mm protective sheaths. The tool features a 140µm diameter hole and a V-shaped groove, which are specifically used to strip the 250µm buffer coating from the 125µm diameter optical fiber.
