The VIRTUS V3 is a Power over Ethernet (PoE) switch equipped with 16 10/100Mbps PoE ports, along with 2 Gigabit Uplink ports and 1 SFP port. The Extralink VIRTUS V3 is ideal for supplying power to IP cameras, wireless access points, or IP phones. This switch offers four modes of operation. In AI VLAN mode, ports 1-16 are isolated from each other, effectively preventing broadcast storms and enhancing network performance. AI Extend mode allows data transmission and PoE power to reach up to 250 meters for ports 1-8, making it highly beneficial for powering cameras located far from the switch. The AI PoE mode enables the switch to automatically detect the operating status of connected devices and resets the power supply if a malfunction is detected. In AI QOS mode, video data is given processing priority.
