The Extralink CAT5E FTP is an information and communication technology cable designed for various installation environments. It features a soft copper wire conductor, with two wires twisted together to form the core of the cable. The cable is composed of four core pairs, each wrapped with water-blocking tape to provide effective moisture protection. This makes it suitable for outdoor installations in challenging environments such as telephone ducts, mines, collectors, and on the walls of buildings where electromagnetic interference is higher. It can be installed in temperatures ranging from -15°C to +60°C, and once installed, it can withstand temperatures from -50°C to +60°C. The cable operates efficiently at frequencies up to 250 MHz.
