The Longi Solar 315W photovoltaic module is designed with 120 (6×20) cells and features low LID with half-cut Mono-PERC cells, which slows down power degradation and makes the module ideal for low irradiation environments. It offers a 0~+5W positive tolerance of maximum guaranteed power. The Half-Cut technology allows for higher power output and lower hot spot temperatures due to its low operating current. The module achieves increased energy yield through excellent efficiency, even with low solar irradiation, and has an exceptionally favorable temperature coefficient. It is resistant to the PID effect, thanks to optimized production processes and the careful selection of solar cells. The risk of hotspots is reduced by lowering the operating current of the cells. The module also boasts excellent resistance to salt fog and ammonia, making it suitable for harsh seaside conditions.
