The Motorola MC67 features a display with a diagonal measurement of 8.89 cm (3.5 inches) and a resolution of 640 x 480 pixels. It has an internal memory capacity of 0.512 GB and comes with 2 GB of flash memory. The device supports microSDHC memory cards for additional storage. Powered by a 1 GHz processor from Texas Instruments, part of the OMAP processor family, the MC67 runs on the Windows Embedded Handheld 6.5 operating system. For connectivity, the device supports Wi-Fi standards 802.11a, 802.11b, and 802.11g. It also features a QWERTY keyboard layout and includes a barcode reader.
