The Motorola MC67 features a display with a diagonal size of 8.89 cm (3.5 inches) and a resolution of 640 x 480 pixels. It comes equipped with an internal memory of 0.512 GB and a flash memory capacity of 2 GB. The device supports MicroSD (TransFlash) memory cards. Powered by a 1 GHz processor from the Instruments OMAP family, the MC67 operates on the Windows Embedded Handheld 6.5 Professional operating system. Additionally, it supports Wi-Fi standards 802.11a, 802.11b, and 802.11g, and includes a barcode reader.
