It comes with 1 GB of internal memory and 8 GB of flash memory, and it supports MicroSD (TransFlash) memory cards. The device is powered by a 1 GHz processor from the Instruments OMAP family and operates on the Windows Embedded Handheld 6.5 Professional system. It supports Wi-Fi standards including 802.11a, 802.11b, and 802.11g, and includes a built-in barcode reader.
