It comes with 0.512 GB of internal memory and is powered by a Texas Instruments processor running at a frequency of 0.8 GHz, from the Instruments OMAP family. The device operates on the Windows Embedded CE 6.0 system. It supports Wi-Fi standards 802.11a, 802.11b, and 802.11g. Additionally, the Zebra Omnii XT15 is equipped with a barcode reader.
