The HPE Intel Xeon Gold 5215M processor belongs to the Intel® Xeon® Gold family and is designed to fit into the LGA 3647 (Socket P). Manufactured using a 14 nm process, this processor supports Hexa-channel memory configuration and can accommodate a maximum internal memory of 2 TB. It is compatible with DDR4-SDRAM memory types. The product is targeted at the server market segment and supports the AVX-512 instruction sets. It offers scalability for configurations up to four sockets (4S) and is compatible with the DL360 Gen10 server.
