It is designed to fit into the LGA 3647 (Socket P) and is manufactured with a 14 nm lithography process. This processor supports hexa-channel memory configuration and can handle up to 1 TB of internal memory, utilizing DDR4-SDRAM memory types. It is targeted at the server market segment and includes support for AVX-512 instruction sets. The processor offers S8S scalability and is compatible with the DL360 GEN10 hardware system.
