The HPE Intel Xeon Gold 6242 is a high-performance processor, part of the Intel® Xeon® Gold family. It is designed to fit into an LGA 3647 (Socket P) socket and is built using a 14 nm lithography process. The processor supports hexa-channel memory configuration and can handle a maximum internal memory capacity of 1 TB. It is compatible with DDR4-SDRAM memory types, making it suitable for server environments. The processor is designed for the server market segment and supports AVX-512 instruction sets. It also offers scalability with compatibility for up to 4S configurations. This processor is compatible with the DL560 GEN10 model.
